​(1) All Orders are be e-mailed to  teeshirtology@gmail.com

     (a) Full Name​​

     (b) Delivery Address​
     (c) Contact Number  
      (d) Order Details  (Tee Type - OEM/Gildan, Colour / Size  / Qty / Print Margin / Print Location)
              *Print Margin: A4 Portrait 29.7x21cm / A4 Landscape 21x29.7cm (8.3x11.7") / A3 29.7x42cm 
              **Print Location: Front / Back
      (e)Use of Apparel - General or Event use (If event, please state date/month)
 
(3) After Receiving Full quotation, kindly make your payment to either account below & inform us POSB Saving Account : 015-37800-0
 
(4) Upon payment confirmation, you will be issued an Official Order#. Please quote this ID when you wish to check the status of your order.
